Formats
Shreds (300g): ready to sprinkle straight from the bag
Block (250g): grate or slice it yourself
Food service: Shreds in a 1kg bag (10 per carton) or a 5kg bag (2 per carton)

Free from dairy, gluten, nuts and soy. Made in our dedicated dairy free facility in Auckland. Halal certified by NZIDT and certified vegan with the Vegan Society. Contains coconut oil.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep sealed and use within 7 days. The shreds can be frozen.
